These Terms Of Reference (TOR) deal with the objectives, scope and appropriate methodological approaches for an evaluation of the Joint SDG Fund, 2019-2021. The Joint SDG Fund supports countries as they accelerate their progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
