Capacity Development UNDAF Companion Guidance

The objective of this companion piece is twofold: to support the efforts of the United Nations Development Group to position integrated programming on capacity development as a means and a primary objective in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and to put forward a set of common principles for measuring capacity development that will apply generally to all relevant interventions, though their importance, level of use, and customization will be determined within the specific context of each intervention.
