Mainstreaming Environment and Climate for Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Development: A Handbook to Strengthen Planning and Budgeting Processes

Provides guidance and tools for policy makers and practitioners to integrate pro-poor environment, natural resource and climate objectives into development policies, plans, budgets and implementation programmes at national, subnational and sectoral levels.  The guidance and tools therefore promote an integrated and cross sectors approach in support of SDG planning, implementation and monitoring at national, subnational and sectoral levels.
