The UNDG Working Group on Business Operations has the mandate to support country offices and management teams to promote harmonized business operations at the country level, which include the areas of strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, procurement, ICT, human resources and logistics. Currently there are four working mechanisms related to business operations reporting to the Joint Funding and Business Operations Network: UNDG Task Team on Common Premises, UNDG Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers Advisory Committee, UNDG/High Level Committee on Management and the UNDG ICT Reference Group.
